The 17 apartments in this boutique complex offer value for money, relaxing spaces for your enjoyment.

All are air conditioned and have large and well equipped kitchens with bright and spacious living / dining areas. One bathroom serves both bedrooms and the laundry area has washing machine and dryer.
All apartments have north facing, private balconies with flat screen televisions with digital channels, Austar and DVD players.

Undercover car parking is available for one car per unit. This is securely locked from 5pm until 6am. Pedestrian or car access is enabled with room key.

Free wireless internet is available to all apartments with no extra charge for downloads.

2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments

Some offering views over pool and Hastings Street, while others offer a more secluded and private aspect with green leafy views and extra large balconies. These apartments are a place that you can relax in, with spacious living and dining area and comfortable furnishings. If you wish to cook, the kitchens are well equipped. Bathrooms have large tiled showers (2 apartments have shower over a small bath, handy for young children) and all offer a separate toilet. Full laundry facilities with washing machine and clothes dryer are included in all units.

Some apartments are accessed direct from walkway, (ideal for families with young children and pushers), and others accessed via the stairs.

Deluxe 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom

Offer a touch of luxury with recent renovation and are well appointed with modern appliances and beautiful furnishings. Some of these apartments can be accessed direct from walkway at street level, while others are accessed by stairs from the walkway. All offer views over the pool to Hastings Street.

The NOOSA Penthouse apartment

Offers amazing and spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury. This fully renovated apartment spread over 2 levels offers a very large living / dining area which opens out to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen is “a dream come true”, with stone bench tops, modern appliances and all facilities to cater for friends and family. Adjacent to the open living area, is the downstairs bedroom offering queen bed and ample wardrobe space. A large bathroom and separate toilet serves this lower level and there is also a laundry space with washing machine and drier

Up on the second level, via a wide staircase, large families will be thrilled to find a spacious 2nd bedroom with quality queen bed and then a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunks, comfortably sleeping 4 people. The large bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms, offers separate shower, enormous bath and separate toilet.

Both bedrooms on the upper level, open out to another balcony offering great views of Hastings St and some ocean glimpses. This level allows guests direct access to the roof top, spa, sauna and BBQ.
